Eligible merchandise bought from IMINXX.COM(online) or the I'M IN Experience Store(in-store) can be exchanged online or offline(in-store).
Exchanging the eligible item online is complimentary and gives you the convenience to do the exchange at your convenient time and place. This is best if you already know what you want.
Alternatively, exchanging the eligible item in-store allows you to try the item in person, ensuring that you exchange to the right fit/size where our staff in the store can advise you too.
Please note that the stock availability differs from store to store, thus you may like to enquire with our customer support before visiting the store in person for exchanging your item.

For Singapore Orders:
1. If you wish to exchange any item(s) in person, kindly bring along your purchase receipt(hard copy, sms or email) together with the item(s) for exchange to any I'M IN Experience Store within 14 days from the date of purchase.
1. If you wish to exchange any item(s) online, kindly submit an exchange request by filling up the Exchange Form online within 14 days from the date of shipping. Do not send the returning item(s) back to our fulfillment center before receiving confirmation from our customer care team. Once you have submitted the Exchange Form, our exchange personnel will proceed with the request accordingly, otherwise, we will contact you at least 1 week prior to your chosen date if there is an issue.
2. Upon receiving the Exchange Request, our customer care team will arrange a complimentary courier to deliver the new item(s) in exchange for the returning item(s) back to our fulfillment center.
3. Place the returning item(s) and the completed Exchange Checklist(that came with your order or you could print it online, attachment of the form is given below) into a securely sealed package.
For International Orders:
Exchange is currently not applicable for international orders, you can Return your order instead.
