WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE FOR THE SECOND & SUBSEQUENT ROUND OF EXCHANGE FOR EACH ORDER?

The Restocking Fee helps to cover a variety of cost incurred when item(s) are exchanged. This includes paying employees to process the exchange, repackaging and restocking the item(s), testing the product etc.

However, instead of charging a percentage off the item(s) retail price, we adopted a policy of charging a flat rate of S$6.99 for the Restocking Fee, regardless of the amount of item(s) returned to us in each Exchange Request.
