WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

For Singapore Orders:

Item(s) purchased via IMINXX.COM online store or the I'M IN Experience Store is valid for an exchange in Singapore, within a valid period of 30 days from the date of shipping/purchase. The physical item(s) has to be returned as a whole in their original selling condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact on the item. However, item(s) such as Cheekies(Panties), shapewear, stick-on bras, nipple tapes or clearance sale(as indicated) is not eligible for an exchange. If you have a special case/reason, do contact us and we will consider your case.

First Exchange: Complimentary
2nd Exchange: A flat rate restocking fee of S$6.99 will be charged for each exchange request, unless otherwise stated(eg. Free Exchange promotion etc.).
