WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PROCESS A RETURN?

For Singapore orders

1. If you wish to return any item(s), kindly submit a return request by filling up the Returns Form online within 30 days from the date of shipping. Submit your Return Request via this Online Form. You will only receive the confirmation email 1-2 days before your selected return date.

2. Upon receiving the Return Request, our customer care team will arrange a complimentary courier to collect the returning item(s) back to our fulfilment center based on your selected date. A return shipping label will also be provided to you via email 1 day before the collection.

3. Place the returning item(s) and the completed Returns Checklist (attachment is given below) into a securely sealed package. Paste the return shipping label on the exterior of the package.

4. Once the returning item(s) has been collected and verified at our fulfilment center, the restocking fee(if applicable) and/or any other applicable fees will be deducted from the refund - total value of the returned item(s). The remaining value of the refund will be issued back to you via email in the form of a Returns Coupon Code (strictly no cash refund).

5. The value stored in the Returns Coupon Code could be use to offset your next order within a valid period of 90 days and will auto-expire after which.

6. Returns coupon code is applicable for shopping of physical items(excluding e-gift card) on www.iminxx.com only.

For International Orders

1. Pack the returning item(s) and the completed Returns Checklist(you could print it online, attachment is given below) into a securely sealed package. 

2.  Send your parcel via post/courier with tracking* to our Singapore fulfilment center at: (New Address from 1st June 2020 onward) at your expense.

**Please send your return parcel with trackable method as in an event of a lost mail, we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options. 

3. Once the returning item(s) has been received and verified at our fulfilment center, the restocking fee(if applicable) and/or any other applicable fees will be deducted from the refund - total value of the returned item(s). The remaining value of the refund will be issued back to you via email in the form of a Returns Coupon Code (strictly no cash refund) within 7-14 working days.
