Eligible merchandise bought from IMINXX.COM online store.

Item(s) purchased via IMINXX.COM online store is valid for a return, within a valid period of 30 days from the date of shipping if the item meets the following policy, 

• The physical item(s) has to be returned as a whole in their original selling condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact. 
• Item(s) such as Cheekies(Panties), stick-on bras, nipple tapes and or clearance sale(as indicated) is not eligible for a return.

A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before issueing of the Returns Coupon Code.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

If you are returning an item from an order that came with a free Gift With Purchase (GWP), the GWP will not be applicable for a Return, you will incur charges based on the retail price of the GWP deducted from your Returns Coupon Code. The remaining value of the refund will be issued back to you via email in the form of a Returns Coupon Code (strictly no cash refund).

The value stored in the Returns Coupon Code could be use to offset your next order within a valid period of 90 days and will auto-expire after which.
